Cancellation and Confirmation Policy: We require that you confirm or cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we don’t get a confirmation 24 hours before we will give your reservation away.
We know that from time to time, guests are running late. This is why we implemented a late policy. We created this policy so our team can stay on schedule and provide quality service. If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. After 3 no-shows, a credit card is required to reserve appointments or you may be on walk-in basis only. Please call and let us know if you are running late so we can plan accordingly or reschedule your appointment if necessary. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
Return policy: Leif’s guarantees all products and services. you may bring products back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it for another product. If you are not happy with your service we ask that you let us know within one week, so that we may correct anything that may be of concern. We cannot guarantee our services longer than one week.
Children visiting our salon: Children MUST be SEATED in the waiting area.
